What Is an ALLEVIATE Retreat?
An ALLEVIATE Retreat is time set aside to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. Through a guided programme, you’ll have opportunities to ground your attention, notice what’s happening within you, and explore the thoughts, emotions, and habits that may be shaping your everyday experience.
Each retreat may include meditation, breathwork, gentle movement, prayer, personal reflection, and group practices. The exact schedule can vary, but the experience follows a clear path:
Become present.
Understand what you’re carrying.
Consider what you’re ready to change.
Identify qualities and choices that support the kind of life you want to lead.

Meet Coach Tre’ Bradley
Coach Tre’ Bradley is a Relationship Strategist, Spiritual Healer and Teacher, and Author whose work centers on helping people bring forth greater wholeness through grounded transformation, discernment, and compassionate service.
He is the creator and facilitator of the ALLEVIATE Method and ALLEVIATE Retreats. His training and practice draw from Pranic Healing, Pranic Psychotherapy, meditation, breathwork, NLP and Strategic Intervention, relationship-centered counseling, prayer, and years of comparative spiritual study.
Why He Created ALLEVIATE
Coach Tre’ created ALLEVIATE to give people a structured way to move from emotional pain and inner conflict toward greater peace, coherence, and embodied change.
The method reflects a core conviction: healing is not complete because an experience feels powerful. Its fruit should become visible through greater truthfulness, compassion, responsibility, freedom, and the right relationship.
His Approach
Ground the body before asking it to go deeper.
Meet the present state honestly rather than bypassing it.
Distinguish deeper identity from fear, conditioning, and reaction.
Pair every pattern being released with a virtue being cultivated.
Honor spiritual experience while preserving discernment and personal responsibility.
Translate insight into action through relationship, speech, service, and daily practice.
The Prayer for Wholeness
The Prayer for Wholeness is a spiritual guide within the retreat. The ALLEVIATE Method offers time to reflect on its themes of humility, compassionate action, service, and right relationship, and to consider what they mean in your own life.
You are welcome to bring your beliefs and questions. The retreat does not ask you to give up your individuality or discernment. Each participant remains responsible for their own choices and interpretation.
